Every year, Berger Paints announces its colour of the year, inspired by the sights and sounds of the Caribbean.
For 2024, there was an asserted effort to build an awareness campaign beyond point of sale promotion – creating buzz with social media followers and end-of-year DIYers.
The logo, flexible and tactile, functions as a piece of content on its own – easy to use in both static and animated content. A 3D modeled paint chip keeps the colour of the year and its name highlighted, while scenic home imagery inspires both the familiar and fantastic. Clean borders and digestible suggestions for mix- and-match DIY palettes would round out the easy-to-share, easy-to-consume content.
